FontsPool is a free text effects studio that allows you to create, customize, and export text designs. You may use the Service for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You retain all rights to the text designs, uploaded fonts, and other content you create or upload ('User Content'). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the Service

Our Property

FontsPool, including its software, design, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all User Content you create. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any fonts, images, or other materials you upload to the Service.

Fonts and Assets

The fonts, gradients, color palettes, icons, and other assets provided through the Service are for use within the platform. Some assets may be subject to third-party licenses. You are responsible for complying with any applicable licenses when using or exporting designs.

Exported Designs

You have full rights to the final designs you create and export from FontsPool. You may use these designs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided you comply with any applicable third-party font or asset licenses.

Service Availability

FontsPool is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

No Warranty

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service or any content. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Service is free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FontsPool and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
